Pathway Apex is a trading name of Gnosify Solutions SRL, a company registered in Romania, with registered address at Str. Moise Constantin 5D, Bl. 2, Sc. 2, Ap. B5, Cod 061421, Bucharest, Romania. References to "Pathway Apex", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Gnosify Solutions SRL.
Pathway Apex is a three-month lifestyle coaching and education programme directed at metabolic health markers, working across five domains: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and supplementation.
It is a lifestyle education and coaching service. It is not a medical practice. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe, or advise on medication, and we do not replace the care of a qualified physician.

By completing the assessment, you consent to receiving your report and to being contacted by Pathway Apex regarding the programme.
Where offered, the guarantee is an extension of coaching, not a refund. No monies are returned under it in any circumstance. Its targets, adherence conditions, voiding conditions and mechanics are set out in the individual client agreement signed at enrolment. That agreement governs in all guarantee-related matters.
Programme fees are stated at enrolment and are payable by bank transfer or such other payment method as we make available. Fees may be paid in full before the programme begins, or, where we offer it, under a payment plan by which the same total fee is settled in scheduled instalments. A payment plan is a schedule for paying the same total fee — it is not a discount, and the full fee remains due in all cases. The number, amount and timing of instalments are set out in the individual client agreement signed at enrolment, which governs in all payment-plan matters.
Where a payment plan is in place, each instalment is due on the date stated in that agreement. If an instalment is not paid when due, we may suspend access to coaching and programme materials until the account is brought current, and the outstanding balance remains payable in full. Entering a payment plan does not alter the guarantee, withdrawal or refund terms in these terms: the guarantee remains an extension of coaching and not a refund, and fees paid remain non-refundable to the extent described in section 5.
The programme does not commence, and no protocol is delivered, until the first payment — whether the full fee or the first scheduled instalment — is received and intake is complete.
As a consumer entering a distance contract, you have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of entering the agreement.
If you expressly request that the services begin during that period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed, and that you may be charged proportionately for services already provided.
Costs already incurred on your behalf remain payable in the event of withdrawal. After the withdrawal period has expired, or after the programme has commenced pursuant to your express request, fees are non-refundable and no pro-rata refund is available.
Nothing on this website, in your assessment report, in coaching communications, or in any programme materials constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pathway Apex coaches do not act as physicians, nurses, or registered healthcare professionals in the context of this programme.
Before making any change to your diet, exercise routine, or supplement regimen — particularly if you have an existing health condition or take prescription medication — consult your physician. Every decision concerning your medication rests solely with your own physician.

All content on this website — including the assessment methodology, protocol frameworks, report design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Pathway Apex. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without written permission.
Pathway Apex's total liability to you in connection with the programme shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the programme. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the assessment, the report, or the programme.
We make no guarantee of any specific health outcome. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it may not lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, being the place of establishment of Gnosify Solutions SRL. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of the website or programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
